DO NOT use generated TFNs or ABNs for:

  • Any illegal or fraudulent activity

Legal Consequences: Misuse of generated TFNs or ABNs may result in:

  • Criminal charges under Australian law (Tax Administration Act 1953, Criminal Code Act 1995)
  • Civil liability for damages
  • Investigation by the Australian Taxation Office (ATO)

By using these tools, you acknowledge that you understand these risks and agree to use them only for legitimate testing and educational purposes. You assume all responsibility and liability for any misuse of generated numbers.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties, expressed or implied. We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
  • The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through the following process:

  1. Informal Resolution: The parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute through good faith negotiations.
  2. Mediation: If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be referred to mediation in accordance with the rules of the Australian Disputes Centre or similar mediation service.
  3. Jurisdiction: If mediation is unsuccessful, any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts of Australia, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

You agree that any cause of action arising out of or related to the Service must commence within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues. Otherwise, such cause of action is permanently barred.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.

14. Waiver

No waiver by us of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure by us to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

15. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. Any attempt by you to assign or transfer these Terms without such consent will be null and void. We may freely assign or transfer these Terms without restriction.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Online Tools Collection regarding the use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.

17. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Service.
